Roasted Sirloin of Red Devon Beef Yorkshire Pudding, Horseradish, Pan Jus

Roast Leg of Lamb, Mint Sauce, Sage Stuffing, Pan Jus

Roast Pork, Crackling, Apple Sauce, Pan Jus

Orestone Fish Cake, Homemade Tartar Sauce, Rocket Salad

Red meat is cooked "Pink".  Vegetables are served "al dente "
